Infinitex is a ‘Fintech’ technology provider. Our cloud-based technology is used to operate private capital markets; and secondary trading markets. 

Infinitex is a proprietary technology that allows connection through FIX to allow the trading of multiple assets in multiple currencies in multiple locations. 

The technology is fast, affordable and adaptable to your own use case.

Running your own personal private market or secondary market is the obvious use for the technology but our technology can be tuned and utilised for many in house functions that the simplest thing is to talk to us and see what we can provide. 

Infinitex is a technology provider and as such does not require to be authorised or regulated.  Our operations within the UK and ownership of secondary markets such as JP-Jenkins and CrowdXX are both regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.


CrowdX Limited is an appointed representative of Prosper Capital LLP (FRN453007) which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

As an appointed representative and being regulated requires us to adhere to all relevant financial regulations. 

The FCA is the regulatory body for financial services companies within the UK. More information is available on their official FCA website.

Your data is our number one concern and all steps are taken to keep this data secure at all times.   We take every endeavour to keep your information safe and secure; for more information please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We accept sometimes things go wrong or simply that you may need to raise a concern.  In the first instance, we ask you to simply email operations@infinitex.com stating the issues that you are facing with the title ‘complaint’.  We aim to respond to each issue raised within 48 hours.  Should you have not received a response within 48 hours please escalate this directly either via email or in writing to;
