When CrowdX was conceived we decided to create a platform to allow ‘off-market’ trading in unlisted companies. We believe that the power of connectedness is the heart of creating liquidity in a secondary marketplace that has been underserved.
While our beliefs have not changed we have as a business and we look to the future about the possibilities that our proprietary technology holds up not simply serving the ‘Crowd’ but adaptable to the infinite scale and scope of trading opportunities of financial services companies.
CrowdX started 2023 with the announcement of its acquisition of JP-Jenkins the UK’s oldest secondary market proud of its heritage and ability to hold up its values of tradition in a modern marketplace. The Infinitex technology now powers JP-Jenkins revolutionising its processes and bringing it squarely not just into modernity but future-proof.
